Hi, I’m Karen Carey
Intuitive Life Coach and Creator of Ruby Red Road
I’m here to help you turn your pieces into peace and joy.
They used to call me “soft soaper”—because even as a kid, I had a knack for mixing hugs and humor with a little bit of tell-it-like-it-is truth. I’ve always believed in people, even when they didn’t believe in themselves. Especially then.
But life cracked me open in ways I never expected. I lost my voice. My confidence. My sense of safety. I lived through trauma, illness, and the slow unraveling of who I thought I had to be. Like so many of us, I shaped myself to survive.
Until one day, I got tired of surviving.
That’s when I started my journey home to myself. Through yoga, energy work, transpersonal counseling, and years of real, raw inner work, I learned how to gather up the broken pieces and turn them into gold.
And now, that’s what I help others do.
I’m an intuitive life coach, a Kintsugi Yoga teacher, a Reiki Master, and a woman who has lived a thousand lives in one body. I combine spiritual insight with practical tools, compassionate truth-telling, and the gentle art of reminding you that… you’ve had the power all along.
This is the Ruby Red Road—a path that asks you to get real, dig deep, laugh hard, feel it all, and step boldly into who you truly are. Your past isn’t the problem. It’s the paint. And together, we’re going to create a masterpiece.
